Foam Facts
Insulation made from recyclable
plastics and soya.

Spray
Polyurethane Foam Insulation provides:
- Energy Efficient
Homes: heating and cooling costs can be
reduced as much as 50%.
- A Reduction of Heating
and Air Conditioning tonnage as much as 35% without the
loss of efficiency and comfort
- Draft Free
Environment: sealing of cracks, joints, etc…,
will prevent uncontrolled movement of air through the wall
assemblies.
- Dust
Free: homes
insulated with Spray Polyurethane Foam Insulation show a
remarkable reduction of dust accumulation
- Quiet
homes: the
open cells and the semi-rigid polyurethane mass will absorb
and reduce the sound transmission
- Improved Air
Quality
- Stable
Insulation: not subjected to structural
deterioration or decomposition, will not settle
- Structure
Integrity
- Comfort
Spray foam
insulation has an R-Value of up to 6.5 per inch of
thickness; nearly double that of fiberglass or cellulose
insulation. Spray foam insulation expands to 30-130 times its'
liquid volume, allowing it to completely fill voids and cracks
which are often missed with traditional systems, including gaps
around electrical outlets, light switches and pipes. Spray foam
insulation also increases the structural strength of your home
or building, in some cases by as much as 400%. And although
your initial investment is higher, spray foam insulation has
been shown to reduce fuel costs by up to 50%, resulting in
tremendous savings over time.
Spray foam insulation is not
considered a hazardous material. It is safe for you, your
family and the environment. Spray foam
insulation does not produce harmful gases such as
CFCs or HCFCs and does not contain or release
formaldehyde.
Spay foam insulation has
several other advantages over traditional systems. Spray foam
insulation acts as an air and moisture barrier that wind proofs
and seals wall, floor and ceiling cavities to prevent air
movement. This prevents air from seeping in from the outside
bringing with it moisture, spores or pollen. Spray foam
insulation is also mold, mildew and pest resistant.
